You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if HabitGate was not usable due to verified technical issues.

Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by local law. To request a refund, contact support@habitgate.app with your receipt and account email.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and timing depends on your app store or payment provider.
